General

What is RestaPro?

SaaS for end-to-end management of restaurants, bars, and cafés. Online reservations, public digital menu, customer CRM, email marketing, analytics, and a Spanish AI assistant. All in a single panel.

Does RestaPro charge a commission per reservation?

No. Fixed monthly plan regardless of reservation count. No surprises, no commissions per customer who reserves.

Is there a free version?

14-day trial with everything unlocked, no card. After that you need a subscription.

How much does it cost?

From €29/month (Essential). Details in Subscription.

Onboarding

How do I onboard my restaurant?

Go to restapro.es/signup, verify your email, complete the 6-step wizard. In 5-10 minutes you have your reservation link ready.

Can I import my menu?

Yes: from your website URL or from a PDF/image. The AI (Gemini) extracts categories, dishes, and prices. See Menu editor.

Do I have to complete every setup step?

No. The minimum to activate reservations: name, hours, and tables (or capacity). The rest can wait.

Reservations

How does the customer edit their reservation?

Each confirmation email carries a unique edit/cancel link. The customer changes date/time/party size if there's availability. Near the reservation time, the link expires automatically.

And if I mark a no-show by mistake?

Toast with an Undo button for a few seconds right after. You can also edit the reservation and return to the previous state manually.

Can I connect TheFork?

Not anymore. The integration was removed (TheFork closed its public API). We recommend using RestaPro as a direct channel: cuts commissions and you have full control.

Customer and CRM

Are the customers mine?

Totally. Data in your workspace, exportable to CSV any time. No lock-in.

How do I add private notes to a customer?

On their card, in the "Internal notes" section. Up to 2000 characters, team-only. See Internal notes.

And GDPR?

Your customers can request deletion. The admin processes it from the customer card with the GDPR action. See Privacy.

Email and communication

Why don't I get the alert emails?

Check:

  • In Settings → Email, "Notify when someone reserves" is on.
  • There's at least one email in "Alert emails".
  • The email is valid (name@domain.tld format).
  • Not in spam.

If everything's OK and they still don't arrive, contact support with a specific reservation reference.

Do my customers get automatic confirmations?

Yes, if they left an email. The template includes reservation details, reference code, edit link, and restaurant contact details.

Can I send campaigns?

Yes, on the Elite plan. See Mailing campaigns.

Subscription

What happens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the billed cycle. After that you lose access to premium features but your data stays there. If you reactivate, everything comes back.

Can I change plans?

Yes, anytime. Stripe adjusts the charge with proration.

Is there an annual discount?

Not yet. Monthly billing only.

Product

Is there a mobile app?

Not native, but the website is responsive and works perfectly on mobile. Install it as a PWA if you want a home-screen icon.

24/7 support?

Email support during business hours (M-F 9-18h). Documentation 24/7. For emergencies: support@restapro.es.

Do you speak Spanish?

The whole interface is in Spanish. The team also replies in Spanish.

Is there historical analytics?

Yes. In /app/analytics you see reservations, no-shows, occupancy, conversion by channel. Filters with custom periods. History from your first reservation.
